ORAL PRESENTATION FORMAT

All Oral Presentations will last 17 minutes and will include approximately 15 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of questions. If there are no shows then the session will take a break for that presentation so that the session presentation sequence remains synchronized with other sessions. Each presentation room will have its own LCD projector.

POSTER PRESENTATION FORMAT

The area for each poster will be 600mm (horizontal) and 900mm (vertical). This will allow one A1 or one A2 sized poster.

There will be 4 poster sessions for each track as follows.

Posters 1: Tuesday 10am-12noon

Posters 2: Tuesday 2:00-4:00pm

Posters 3: Wednesday 10:00am-12:00noon

Posters 4: Wednesday 2:00-4:00pm
